These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the services provided by Global Fan Concierge ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, engaging our services, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services

Global Fan Concierge offers a premium lifestyle and travel concierge service designed for international visitors traveling to Mexico. Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Personalized reservations and recommendations
• Event and experience coordination
• 24/7 concierge assistance
• Security guidance and situational monitoring
• Coordination of medical assistance when requested

The Company acts strictly as a concierge and facilitator. We do not directly own, operate, or control third-party providers, including but not limited to hotels, transportation companies, medical services, venues, or event organizers.

Independent Third-Party Providers

All third-party services are provided by independent contractors. The Company does not guarantee the availability, pricing, performance, safety, legality, or quality of any third-party service and shall not be held responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or failures.

No Warranty

All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Fan Concierge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury, illness, or death
• Property loss or damage
• Financial loss or loss of enjoyment
• Delays, cancellations, or interruptions
• Decisions made by clients based on Company recommendations

The total liability of the Company, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Payments & Fees

• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment is required prior to service activation unless expressly agreed in writing.
• Prices may change at any time and do not affect confirmed purchases.

Refunds & Cancellations

Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement:

• All sales are final and non-refundable
• No refunds will be issued for unused services, early termination, or changes in travel plans
• Force majeure events, third-party cancellations, or client decisions do not entitle the client to a refund

Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in Mexico
• Refrain from using the Service for unlawful or unethical purposes

The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services for any violation, without refund.

Medical Disclaimer

Global Fan Concierge does not provide medical care or medical advice. Any medical-related assistance is limited strictly to coordination and referrals. The Company assumes no responsibility for diagnoses, treatments, medical outcomes, or decisions made by healthcare providers or clients.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, text, and materials associated with Global Fan Concierge are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Data Protection

Client data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use for service delivery, communication, and legal compliance.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Mexico.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of such changes.
